Pastor Gedonn Groover

Pastor Gedonn Groover is a native and current resident of Savannah, Georgia. He is the son of Dr. Gloria G. Brown as well as a loving husband, father of 4, and brother.
Pastor Groover was brought up in the Royal Church of Christ under the leadership of the late Elder Jerome Black Jr., and the current Bishop Willie Ferrell. There, he was baptized and offered as a firstborn to God, therefore, receiving the spirit of God at an early age.

In 2014, Pastor Groover was led by the Lord to support and follow God’s vision to his mother, Dr. Gloria G. Brown. She had
founded Hope for Today Ministry and it was there that he served as a deacon and supporter of the vision. With the homegoing of his mother, God gave him these words “Be strong and courageous, there is a leader inside of you.” With the approval of Dr. Gloria G. Brown, before the Lord called her home, and the authority of Bishop Willie Ferrell with the Royal Church of Christ, Pastor Gedonn Groover was ordained as Pastor of Hope for Today Ministry on October 29, 2023.

Deuteronomy 31:6 (NIV) “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them for the lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
